We are one month away from our event and wanted to send additional details as we prepare for a fantastic health fair on Nov 23rd from 8am-12pm.
Event Mission:
Provide a free and fully affirming space to peruse medical, dental, and wellness providers whether you have traditional insurance or not.

What to bring:
- Your lovely practitioners to meet potential clients
- We will have my homemade muffins and coffee provided but, more food is always welcome for our guests
- Swag – the more cute and functional the better
- Signage indicating what insurances and pay options you accept including MAP
- Schedulers to make appointments for services
Load In:
Feel free to come drop off items and set-up your booth anytime between 9-4 on Friday, Nov 22nd or starting at 7am on Nov 23rd. The circle drive on Nueces is the easiest load in spot. The call box is on the far-left side. An elevator will take you to the 2nd floor. Look for your org/business name on the tables.
Load Out:
You can leave your table and items if you are also participating in the Mobile Loaves and Fishes Thanksgiving Meal from 5-8 on Nov 25th in our church.
Parking:
All Mobile Treatment Vans can be parked around the fountain by the bell tower.
